Zoolied offers BK7 or fused silica 10*10*10mmbeam splitting prism. N-BK7 High Precision Prisms can be ordered uncoated or with one of the following broadband AR coatings: 350 - 700 nm (designated as -A), 650 - 1050 nm (designated as -B), or 1050 - 1700 nm (designated as -C). UV Fused Silica high precision prisms can be produced uncoated (185 nm - 2.1 μm) or with one of our four low-loss standard broadband antireflection coatings deposited on both surfaces: -UV (245 - 400 nm), -A (350 - 700 nm), -B (650 - 1050 nm), or -C (1050 - 1700 nm).
Optical Prisms are used to redirect light at a designated angle. Optical Glass Prisms are ideal for ray deviation, or for adjusting the orientation of an image. An Optical Prism’s design determines how light interacts with it. When light enters an Optical Glass Prism it either reflects off an individual surface or several surfaces before exiting, or is refracted as it travels through the substrate. For example, when light enters Optical glass prism, it reflects off a single surface, causing the light to redirect at 90°. When light enters a wedge prism, though, a change in substrate thickness causes the light to deviate through refraction.
Zoolied offers a wide range of high precision prisms in a variety of designs, substrates, or coating options. Designs include Right Angle, Amici, Penta, Schmidt, Wedge, Anamorphic, Equilateral, Dove, or Rhomboid prisms, in addition to Corner Cube Retroreflectors or Light Pipe Homogenizing Rods. Anti-reflection coatings include MgF2, UV-VIS, UV-AR, VIS 0°, VIS-NIR, or multiple laser line options.
