Zoolied specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of precision optical components. Our products include optical spherical lenses, optical windows, mirrors, prisms, and filters. We are a direct source factory located in Changchun, China.
Are you a manufaturer or a seller?
We are a manufaturer, while we also sell some optics which we can not produce in our factory.
What international certifications does Zoolied have?
Zoolied has been audited by the TUVHD certification body in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The certification scope covers the manufacturing and sales of optical lenses and silicon wafers. Additionally, we hold an AAA Enterprise Credit Certificate and have passed verified supplier certifications on international platforms such as Made-in-China and DirectIndustry.

What are your main products?
Our core products include spherical and cylindrical optical lenses, mirrors, windows, filters, and prisms.
What materials are available for your optical lenses?
We offer materials from top brands such as Schott, CDGM, and OHARA. Generally, we recommend CDGM materials for most applications. Our material options include H-K9L (N-BK7) optical glass, fused silica, float glass, Calcium Fluoride (CaF₂), Sapphire, ZnSe, ZnS, and Silicon. The material selection will be matched according to your specific wavelength and application requirements.
What types of optical coatings do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of optical coatings, including Anti-Reflective (AR) coatings, High-Reflective (HR) coatings, hydrophobic coatings, anti-fog coatings, anti-fingerprint coatings, conductive coatings, beamsplitter coatings, dielectric coatings, gold coatings, and aluminum coatings. We also provide custom specialty coatings tailored to your specific wavelength ranges.

Do you offer OEM services?
Yes, we do. We primarily focus on OEM custom manufacturing. We support customization of sizes and coatings based on your specific requirements. Simply provide us with the specifications and parameters, and our engineering team will confirm the feasibility and lead time. If needed, we can arrange a video conference with our engineers to discuss the feasibility of your project together.
Do you provide samples? Are they free or paid?
We can provide free samples if we have stock items as your requestwe do not pay for shipping cost or import custom),while custom produced samples are not free.
What is your MOQ ?
The MOQ for most optical lenses is 10 pieces. However, for large-size components or certain special products, the MOQ can be as low as 1 piece.
What is your lead time?
For customized optical components, the lead time is typically around one month (excluding in-stock items or certain special optical components).
What is your terms of payment ?

Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we do. Our products are exported to over 30 countries and regions, including North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We support global delivery.
What if the products do not meet the requirements?
Please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description. We will investigate the issue, and if it is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will proceed with a repair or refund.
